If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, including but not limited to, the warranty disclaimer and liability limitations, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision. PURCHASER WARRANTS THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY THIS AGREEMENT, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
