We ship all orders UPS and may offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air as options. Return Policy Returns for credit will be accepted for 30 days from the date of receipt. Good part returns carry a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for freight on any return back to CWI Outlet. All returns must be shipped in the original packaging. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or the box will be refused.
