We ship all orders with UPS Ground. Please contact us if you would like to
change shipping carrier or expedite your order.
All orders will be shipped out in 3
business days. Estimated delivery date is; transit
time of the package (1 to 5 business days on Ground shipments within United
States) plus 3 business days of preparation of your
order.
International Delivery

and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, Customs or taxes that you
may be charged when your merchandise reaches you and urges you to consult your

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
There will be a surcharge on shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
- Return Policy
All
returns must be made within 14 days of original date of purchase. Customer
is responsible for return shipment and, will be charged 20% restocking fee if
the items is not defective. All returned or exchanged items must be in same
condition.
Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within 7 days of receipt
of merchandise. We will replace any defective item immediately or give fully
refund.
How do I return an item?
- To return an item you must contact Customer Service for prior approval and
obtain an RMA number.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in same condition.
- For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method.
- No returns will be accepted without an RMA #.
