• Shipping/Handling is calculated through Ebay in the listing
• SAME DAY SHIPPING processing for confirmed orders paid M-F before 12:00 PM MST. Payments received after then will still be sent same day if possible (we'll make every effort), but no later than the next business day.
• We reserve the right to modify if calculated incorrectly due to a weight/measurement error.
• Insurance will be included for UPS shipments. USPS shipping insurance if requested will be extra.
• Items not indicated as being insured will not be refunded due to shipping loss or damage.
• Note that shipment costs & delivery times to Hawaii & Alaska are higher/longer based on location. By bidding you accept to these higher rates and potentially longer delivery times.
• Let us know before bidding if you feel the shipping and handling charges are not worthy of a 5-star shipping & handling charges feedback rating (UPS rates are not calculated by us). If you feel there is an error with the shipping calculator, let us know before purchasing or making a bid. We will look into other shipping options if they are available.
• If you feel the shipping processing time we have (same day or latest by the next business day) is not worthy of a 5-star shipping speed feedback rating, please pay for a faster shipping method (ie pick UPS 2nd Day over UPS Ground). We don't have any control over the actual transit speed - it's based on what you pay for. It generally isn't physically possible for us to get items out faster than we do :-)

After the Auction

• Please realize that your bid is a binding contract.
• Contact is expected no later than 1 business day after the end of the auction or sale and payment no later than 1 business day (we reserve the right to relist/resell if payment isn't received in this time).
• We allow RETURNS on defective products or products received that are not as advertised (not including as-is items) if notified within 7 days after receiving your item for a full refund of the purchase price (will not refund shipping amounts either direction - your bid is an agreement & acceptance of that policy).
• Refunds will not be given if the item is not returned and received (in the same condition it was sent) within 14 days after the date the auction ended or fixed price or store listing was won. Please check your item immediately upon receipt & let us know if there are any problems with your order.
• If you don't receive communication from us, PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK EMAIL FOLDER as our messages may end up there. We always respond, so if you don't receive a message from us (shipment notification/tracking, etc), send us a message through Ebay that you aren't getting our messages. We strive to be a 5-star seller in all categories. Anything less & we'd appreciate good communication & feedback on your part to allow us to improve & make it right.
• We expect to be treated fairly & won't tolerate feedback extortion in any form (Ebay won't tolerate it either).
• We are often in and out (w/out a regular business schedule) and will try to respond to your emails quickly when we're in M-F.
• We generally don't answer emails on Saturday and never do on Sundays. Keep in mind that weekend communication & shipments will take place Monday.

• Free shipping if offered on US shipments is not extended to international shipments
