• RMA will be issued for defects that are reported within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please call or e-mail after 14 days.
• Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
• Buyer pays return shipping.
• Units returned will be tested. If found defective a replacement will be shipped immediately.
• Any presumed defective units must obtain an RMA # before return.

Delivery Confirmation number is provided to you at time of shipment. This is not a tracking number, but is provided by the post office to verify the delivery of the item. It may possibly show up in the system prior to delivery, but not always.

International Shipping Terms

Fat Free Parts has many years experience shipping to countries all around the world. Please note that even though we ship items out promptly, processing of these shipments may be delayed in customs or for other reasons in your country.

We post all items via the USPS, Priority Mail, UPS or FEDEX Ground (our choice) - shipping worldwide to wonderful customers just like you!

Outside USA Buyers please note that we comply with all custom form requirements. Please do not ask us for any deviation of the proper declaration amount.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
