This auction is for an extreme networks switch. Unit was in excellent working condition when taken out of service. Manuals, operating systems, drivers, software, or cables and other accessories are not included unless specified. Most items that we have for sale are used and may have minor scratches or blemishes in addition to those noted in the description. When applicable any configuration, software, password issues as well as compatibility for particular purposes are buyer’s responsibility and are not covered by a "DOA" warranty.

Buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item in order to initiate a return of said item. IF YOUR ITEM IS RETURNED TO US BUT WE FIND THAT IT IS OPERATIONAL OR ELECTRIC AND TURNS ON “POWERS ON” WE WILL CHARGE YOU A 33% OF ORIGINAL PRICE RESTOCKING FEE. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING FEE’S.

Shipping and Handling:

We ship to the lower 48 United States only unless special arrangements have been made. Guarantee will be voided on items shipped internationally. Items shipped international are as-is where-is with no warranty either expressed or implied.

Local pickup’s can be made M-F between the hours of 8:30 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. & 1:00 P.M. - 4:30 P.M. for a fee of $15 any pick up scheduled on the weekend or after hours will be subject to a $45 pickup fee no exceptions. Items will be stored free of charge for no more than 10 Calendar days following auction close. Every day after that an item is held will be subject to a $20 per day storage charge before the item will be shipped or picked up. No Exceptions.

Payment:

We accept Paypal only. Payment is due within 7 days of auction close. If payment has not been received by then a non-paying bidder alert will be filed and the item will be re-listed.

Liability:
