Shipping Policy

Items are available for pickup. Shipment insurance is included on all shipments. We ship all orders within 3 business days from date of payment clearing. We will not ship COD. The listed shipping rate is calculated by EBay through UPS from our Massachusetts location to your zip code and is for the 48 contiguous states only. If a quote is required for large items, email your zip code, item number and whether the item will be shipping to a business or residential address. Buyers agree to cover any extra shipping costs, if they are necessary. We will not ship ouside the USA.

Return Policy

If the item is defective upon receipt, please email us within 5 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Call tags are not available. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns. Shipping charges are not refundable for any purchases.
