• Why I can't find Bluetooth/WWAN?
  Please use Fn+F5 open Wireless Manager. Then turn on the Wireless BlueTooth/WWAN
  
• Will you be able to upgrade other components besides memory, such as larger Hard Drive or faster CPU?
  NO. We are not able to offer other upgrade on the laptop. This system is preconfigured
  
• Will I be able to buy extended warranty?
  YES, extended warranty is available for purchase from lenovo directly as long as the unit is still in warranty
  
• Can you ship outside US? How about Canada? What if I am an international buyer, but having an US domestic shipping address?
  NO, we CANNOT export the laptop outside North American Region per Lenovo Agreement.
  YES, we are able to ship to Canada buyer with paypal payment But it would be extra $30 to cover the extra cost.
  YES, as long as the shipping address is within US and paypal payment shows as "Ok to Ship", we can ship the package (signature is still REQUIRED).
  
• Can you take credit card directly?
  NO, we cannot process the credit card directly, but you are encouraged to use Paypal to send the payment, which also makes buyer eligible for Buyers Protection.
  
• What is the Weight of the laptop? Please check Lenovo website for detailed information of the specific model.
  
• I bought a machine without OS pre-loaded, but I encounter "Blue Screen" when I try to install Windows XP from scratch. Is there anything wrong with it?
  If you are trying to install the Windows XP from scratch on the laptop, please BE SURE that you put the Hard Drive on "Compatibility" mode in BIOS, which was default to "AHCI". Otherwise, you will experience the "blue screen" issue. To change that setting, you need to do the following:
  1. Press F1 when booting up the computer
  2. Select 'Config', then 'Serial ATA (SATA)'
  3. Change controller option to 'Compatibility'
  
• I bought a system with 4GB memory, but windows only shows 3GB. Is there anything wrong?
  No, there is nothing wrong here, because if 32-bit windows os can only recognize up to 3.2GB memory
  
• How can I verify the warranty status? Does my Laptop have International Warranty Service (IWS)?
  The warranty can be verified at Lenovo Site directly using the first 4 digits of the model and Serial IWS status is governed by the first 4 digits of the model, i.e., 7662:
• I cannot find the recovery disks in the package, is it missing?
  All Thinkpad laptops do NOT come with recovery disks by default. However, you are able to burn the recovery disks by using "ThinkVantage -> Create Recovery Media".
  
• I won an item yesterday, can you tell me the tracking number?
  We always update the tracking number in Paypal, also we put your email address in the notification field when creating labels. So you should receive email notification once package is shipped. However, please allow 1-2 business days before the tracking information showing up in the carrier's online tracking system.
