This auction is for a lot of 5 Used Cisco 7940 IP Phones with Handsets and Power Cubes.

The phones are fully tested and are supplied with a 14 days replacement warranty against defects.

This listing is for five (5) unit. We have SIXTY (60) units in stock. The phones are all used but are in good condition.

Shipping

• Flat rate of $32.50 within the 48 contiguous lower US States only
• Flat rate of $47.50 to Canada
• The shipping and handling charge include insurance up to the purchase price of the item.
• Additional Shipping charges to Canada, Mexico.
• Shipping to Canada and Mexico will be via UPS Ground or FedEx
• PayPal is our preferred payment method
• The item is shipped within 1 to 3 buiseness days after the completion of the auction. However, most are shipped within 24 hours of completion.
• Will ship internationally, but only under the following conditions
  • International bidder must message me about shipping charges and payment options before bidding
  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item priceor shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
  • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
  • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior
• E-checks must clear before the item is shipped or made available for pick up

• Warranty issues cover the functionality of the routers only and should be reported with 30 days of delivery.
• Returns must have all original packaging and accessories.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. All shipping charges (DELIVERY & RETURN) are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Items can only be returned for an exchange. No refund will be given onless we no long have similar stock on hand to do an exchange.
• Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense.
• Our return/refund policy is non-negotiable
• This auction is for the hardware only. As with all refurbished and resale cisco hardware, the software contained is subject to any licensing requirement by the manufacturer and is the responsibility of the purchaser
