Unless item is listed for local pickup (there is a $7.00 local pickup fee per pickup), all items are shipped using FedEx Ground for larger packages and USPS for smaller ones. Fedex will not ship to P.O. Box, please take this into account.

Shipping address requirement: Your shipping address must match your credit card billing address or PayPal confirmed address. For your protection, we are unable to ship to alternate addresses. We are also unable to change the address after payment. Sorry, no exceptions.

Combined Shipping: Combined shipping rates are available, but quotes are determined by the product’s weight and packaging needed for safe transport.

Pick up: Local pick up is available in Chicago area; Local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a handling fee if winning bidder is registered in the state of Illinois.

Returns: Customer service and satisfaction is important to our company. 1st Choice provides excellent and accurate service for listed items so bidders can buy with confidence. Returns are accepted if the item was not as described in auction. Items are sold AS IS based on item description. If description was inaccurate, you must initiate return within 72 hours upon receiving the item. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Returned non-defective items are subject to 15% restocking fees. S & H fees are not refundable for non-defective items.
