Defective products must be reported 7 days after the receipt of the item and must be returned within 30 days from the date you placed your order.
When there is no problem of the item, but you still want to return, please don't open the package, keep it in original state and contact us.When receiving the product, we will issue refund and charge 15% restock fee.
Before return, please email us with a description of defect and we will email back you a RMA number. Print out that email with RMA number and enclose it with the return shipment.We are not responsible for return shipping cost as In-Store Retailers won't reimburse your gas charge.
